Terms of Service

The short version

Use NASOVO to help your business. Read every result before you send it to a real customer — you're responsible for what goes out under your name. What you create is yours. Be fair, and we'll be fair back.

Your account

You need an account to use NASOVO, and you're responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for everything done under your login. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in. On a team plan, the account owner decides who can join and can remove anyone at any time.

Generated content

Anything NASOVO writes for you is yours to use however you like. We claim no ownership over it.

AI writes confidently even when it gets a detail wrong. Check names, numbers, dates, prices, and any promise before you send — those are the four things that cost you if they're wrong. We don't guarantee that a result is accurate, legally compliant, or suitable for a particular purpose, and we're not responsible for what you choose to send.

Fair use

Don't use NASOVO to:

• send messages to people who haven't agreed to hear from you, or break any law that applies to marketing, texting, or email where you operate;
• create anything misleading, deceptive, harassing, or unlawful;
• impersonate another business or person;
• resell the service, or automate it beyond normal use of the product.

We can suspend an account that does any of these, and we'll tell you why.

Plans and billing

Free accounts include a monthly allowance of creations and a limited set of Actions. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and everything you've saved stays in your workspace. Changing plans part-way through is prorated. We may change prices, and we'll give you notice before a change affects you.

Availability

We work to keep NASOVO running, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable. Features can change as the product improves. If we ever have to retire something you depend on, we'll tell you first.

Ending things

You can close your account whenever you like from Settings → Account. We can close an account that breaks these terms. Either way, copy out anything you want to keep before you go — deletion is permanent.
