The short version

Your business information belongs to you. We use it to personalise what NASOVO recommends and to write the content you ask for — nothing else. We don't sell it, we don't use it to advertise to you, and we don't use your customers' details for anything beyond the piece of work you asked us to create.

What we collect

  • Account details — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in a form anyone can read.
  • Business profile — the answers you give during setup: business name, industry, team size, service area, services, website, your main goal, and what takes up too much of your time.
  • What you create — the answers you type into an Action or template, the finished results, anything you save to your workspace, your saved requests, and your advisor conversations.
  • Usage — which Actions you run, how many items you create, and which lessons you finish. This drives your progress screen and your plan limits.
  • Billing — if you subscribe, our payment processor holds your card details. We only ever see the card brand, the last four digits, and the expiry date.

How we use it

Your business profile and your answers are sent to our AI provider so it can write results that sound like your business rather than a generic template. We send only what a given piece of writing needs. We do not use your content to train AI models.

We use your email address to send account emails — welcome, email confirmation, password resets, team invitations, and billing notices.

Who else is involved

We rely on a small number of providers to run the service: an AI provider to write your content, a payment processor to handle subscriptions and store card details, an email provider to deliver account emails, and a hosting provider that runs the application and database. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job.

Teams and shared workspaces

On a team plan, everyone in your workspace can see the saved content, templates, and Actions in that workspace. Advisor conversations and lesson progress stay personal to each person.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your information for as long as your account is open. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deleting an owner account permanently removes the workspace, its saved content, its Actions, and its progress. Copies may persist briefly in encrypted backups before they age out.

Your choices

You can view and change your business profile and account details at any time from Settings, export anything you've created by copying it out of your workspace, and close your account whenever you like. If you'd like a copy of what we hold about you, or want it erased sooner, write to us and we'll take care of it.
